A SPA Delhi alumnus, Hemant completed his masters in Construction Management from Texas A & M, US in 1993. Seeing the future in computers, he set up and headed an IT company, Webtek Labs, till 2011. Thereafter he set up Casa Consulting with Suhail Luther; a Construction Company which also does Project management consultancy, apart from retail, industrial and residential projects ranging from 20,000 to 2,50,000 sqft. He also became an active of Premier Ancillaries with project ARise.

Kriti completed her Bachelors in science from Purdue University, US in 2020; with a major in marketing and a minor in international business. Thereafter she worked with ZenMango, Dildiya, and joined Premier Ancillaries in 2021 as its brand marketing strategist. She is a born leader and has experience in the realms of Marketing: Brand Strategy, Digital & Social Media, and Marketing Communication. Project ARise is been effectively handled by her.

Dhruv, a Purdue University finance graduate, swiftly transitioned from theoretical knowledge to practical expertise, playing pivotal roles at Cummins Inc. and Arcesium. His relentless pursuit of specialization led him to NYU's Schack Institute, where he earned a Master’s in Real Estate Finance, deepening his understanding amid the vibrant complexities of New York's real estate market during his tenure at Silverstein Properties.
Currently, Dhruv spearheads development projects at his family’s real estate enterprise, focusing on crafting high-quality, demand-driven neighborhood office spaces in Delhi. His leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation and quality, drawing upon global insights to reshape urban commercial landscapes. Dhruv prioritizes creating environments that resonate deeply with end-users, aiming to elevate the standard of urban workspaces.
