Service Description

ARise will cater to the working milieu with functional and destressing zones for efficiency in work and leisure for a healthy work environment. We intend to have enough breakout zones for the work environment to be doubly efficient. The tenant floors have clean rectilinear work plates, with the service core on one side of the building leaving the office spaces to flow uninterrupted from one end of the building to another. 95% of occupied space gets direct view to the outside Dynamic West Delhi environment. The design enables the flexibility to have multiple tenants on a floor, without compromising the individual tenant experience.
